A couple of years ago I went and did a wooden board making class with the guys from Tree to Sea in Mornington. Working with timber has always interested me and this was the perfect project. Hand making your own surfboard from beautiful timber, shaping it, painting it and then surfing it. Riding your own board is such a buzz. Since then we have made a number of other great shapes and sizes and intend on making more in the near future… stay tuned
